Can You Briefly Tell Us About Yourself In Terms Of Your Education, Professional Experience And Background?

I am Ritu Gupta. I graduated as a BA post which I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) and Post Graduate Diploma in International Business. I have worked with ANZ Grindllays for 9 years after which I moved on to work with HDFC Bank. Over the last 8 years, I have been in the field of fitness and founding Ritz Fitness has been a life changing decision. I now experience a life that’s not only better in terms of fitness but I also feel livelier in terms of my relationship with the people around me!

What Is It That Prompted You To Change Your Career Alignment From Banking To An Entirely New Vertical – Fitness? Share More With Us On That.   

I am an MBA graduate who moved into Banking and spent 8 years in that domain. But I soon realized that it was not my calling. I am a different person now to what I was eight or ten years back. I weighed eighty five kilograms ten years ago with back and knee pains and aches all over parts of my body. Working continuously for 8 hours in my desk bound job, I used to end up being tired all day.

My own journey of losing thirty kilograms is where I felt a lot different and noticed a powerful shift (as powerful as a shift from corporate to fitness). I woke up to a fitter world and happier world feeling more enthusiastic and energetic. This prompted people to ask me how I manage to run around tirelessly and get work done. These are the changes that have come about in my lifestyle and I have benefitted. I decided to set up my own fitness studio to pass on the benefits of exercising to others so that they can experience similar positive changes in their lifestyle too.
