Hi Sparkers, here is my untold story. I am Meenakshi.

My weight was 92kg in 2007. I reduced 30 kg in 3 months and then continuously reduced my weight and motivated others to reduce their weight too. Till now I trained more than 5000 females.

What Were You Doing Earlier?

I was a Math teacher, it was also good but my passion was something else. So, I changed things after 2007. I really felt your choices can change your future. So, I did take the risk and changed everything in my life. Now I am faster than a treadmill.

Who Is Your Trainer?

There were no good trainers for girls with me in 2007. So, I trained myself and reduced my weight first. I Struggled a lot. However, I also joined aerobic classes and some other classes but never find out someone who can guide me on foggy days. So, I can say I trained my self first.

Do You Also Use Machines To Control Weight?

I do not use machines. Rather I motivate my club members and practice workout over songs. You can say we do rhythmic body movement and control our weight through exercise by utilizing our own body and gravity as resistance.- Meenakshi, Founder Meenakshi Spark Fitness

How You Motivate Your Team?

I usually analyze my new member first and find out the thinking process that is stopping her from what she really wants to achieve and modify that so that see love to achieve. So, I try many things. But one thing that really made an impressive impact over them. I am having a 300 square wall and in front of that, we all do the practice. So, I decided to put everyone’s pics over that wall. When I did that I find out members feel that they may go from the club after marriage, but they will remain part of Meenakshi Spark Fitness Club.

What Is The One Thing That You Did That Made You Feel Proud?

I felt surprised when my club member asked that they need Meenakshi Sparkfitnessclub t-shirt. They said they feel proud to wear that. It was a really awesome movement for me. I find out our t-shirt with word Meenakshi reminds them like what I said to them for motivation.

What Is The One Line That You Use For Motivating Your Club Member?

Many new members come without hope. Like it is an end now. We will never able to control our weight. So, I motivate them and keep saying this line Sangharsh jitna kathin hoga, Safalta utni shandar hogi.Meenakshi, Founder Meenakshi Spark Fitness

What Is Your Passion?

I did not stop after reducing my weight. I find out this is my passion, I love to boost people. Honestly speaking, when I motivate my team, I forget my pain. I will say if you just talk for 10 minutes with me then you will feel motivated. I even dream about my client. You must be laughing while reading but it is true. My sparkers are everything to me.
